In the thick of it

I am “in the thick of it” with you! I just spent the last few minutes wiping lipstick off of a baby doll. My baby pulled off her own poopy diaper. She thinks she is ready to potty train, but I am not yet. My virtual first grader is watching power rangers instead of doing his lexia. I’m hearing two different you tube kids videos from two different devices just so that i can have “a second to myself!” to type this up real quick. There are legos all over my room and dirty dishes on the table and i mean it when i say that i am in the thick of it with you!

Being a toddler mom is like sludging through mud and we all have friends sludging with us. We love to vent and complain and laugh and cry together and that is so important. I love to Marco Polo my friends who also have young kids and commiserate together. It helps to know we’re not alone. But it doesn’t really help to get us out of the sludge. But once upon a time i found Jody Moore. She is a life coach. a what? i had no idea what that meant but listening to her, i knew she “got” me. She was in the thick of it with me. She had crying babies and whining toddlers and adult temper tantrums to rival theirs. But she had something else also. She had wisdom and hope and relief and peace amidst the chaos. I wanted that! She wasn’t just going through the same things as I was, she was GROWING through it! I loved having a coach who had similar circumstances but she taught me how to think and feel differently about them, causing me to show up differently and get different results with my life!

Now I have come full circle and am offering that hope for peace to my clients. I have similar circumstances, we are both toddler moms but I can help you manage how you look at your world to enjoy it more, love on your kids more, stress about how you’re doing as a mom less. It’s the best. Totally rocked and changed my world and i’d love to help you do the same!
